MINUTES OF THE INGOLDMELLS PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON MONDAY 8TH SEPTEMBER 2025, 7.15PM, AT THE COUNCIL OFFICES, SKEGNESS ROAD, INGOLDMELLS, PE25 1NL
PRESENT: Cllrs, Bill Vincent (Chair), Bev Oldbury, Jack Sargent, Rob Stevens, Philip Lacey-Green, Stuart Chambers, Tony Stubbins, Len Hemingway, Paul Sutton, Mick Holyer

It was proposed by Cllr Stevens, seconded by Cllr Hemingway, and unanimously resolved to confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 14th July 2025 as a true record

The Chairman suspended Standing Orders to allow a resident, Mr Carl Endersby to speak regarding an email to Cllr Brookes pertaining to a Traffic Regulation Order, to formally request a review of the speed limit on Anchor Lane, on the stretch of road that is covered by street lighting opposite Hardys Animal Farm and adjacent to a development of residential dwellings and additional development

PLAYGROUND SAFETY INSPECTION REPORTS FOR CHAPEL ROAD AND GLEBE PARK
It was proposed by Cllr Vincent, seconded by Cllr Sargent, and unanimously resolved that
Cllr Chambers consults with Turner Garden Services regarding the benches identified and the Clerk engages with EKM Ltd, Horncastle, to organise emergency works to any high-risk items identified
and provide quotations for items flagged as a medium risk for consideration of further action

After much debate, it was proposed by Cllr Holyer, seconded by Cllr Lacey-Green and resolved with 7 votes for, and 2 abstentions to approve the reimbursement of £56.42 for a trolley to benefit the volunteer village litter picks
