At the discretion of the Chairman, those members of the public, residing or working within the Council’s boundary, will be invited to make representations or ask questions in respect of the business on the agenda, or other matters not on the agenda, for a maximum of 3 minutes per person or 15 minutes overall. If time allocated is not required the Council will go into formal session.

4 To approve a list of December accounts submitted for consideration
5 To discuss and set the Precept for 2021/2022
6 To consider the budget setting process for 2021/2022
7 To consider a request from Mr Good of the Countryman Public House to adopt half of the dyke on Queen Elizabeth playing fields
8 To receive a written request from three Council members to suspend standing orders to further discuss and make a final decision on agenda item 6 of the Council meeting of the 9 December 2020.
9. To consider the options available to support the Public Space Protection Order for Ingoldmells – lead by Councillor S Walmsley
10 To receive notification of any planning permissions, refusals or amendments
11 To consider any new planning applications
12 To receive verbal reports from the Chairman and Clerk
13 To discuss community matters which need referring to the District/County Council Representative for a response
14 To transact any other business
15 To dispose of any correspondence received
