At the discretion of the Chairman, those members of the public, residing or working within the Council’s boundary, will be invited to make representations or ask questions in respect of the business on the agenda, or other matters not on the agenda, for a maximum of 3 minutes per person or 15 minutes overall. If time allocated is not required the Council will go into formal session.

7 To confirm the engraved additions to the Chain of Office
8 To discuss the requirements of a replacement car park machine
9 To approve the 2021/2022 council budget
10 To receive notification of any planning permissions, refusals or amendments

12 To receive verbal reports from the Chairman and Clerk
13 District/County Council Representative for a response
14 To transact any other business
15 To receive written applications for the office of Parish Councillor and to co-opt a candidate to fill the existing vacancy
16 To dispose of any correspondence received
