MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON MONDAY 7th JUNE 2021 at 7.15 pm at Vincent’s Restaurant, Skegness Road, Ingoldmells
AGENDA
At the discretion of the Chairman, those members of the public, residing or working within the Council’s boundary, will be invited to make representations or ask questions in respect of the business on the agenda, or other matters not on the agenda, for a maximum of 3 minutes per person or 15 minutes overall. If time allocated is not required the Council will go into formal session.

3 To confirm the minutes of the Council meeting held on 17th May 2021
4 To approve a list of May accounts submitted for consideration
5 To approve the Annual Financial Governance Statement for 2020/2021
6 To approve the Audited Accounts for Year Ending 2020/2021
7 To consider a request from Coastal Sound to discuss suggestions for possible new premises at Ingoldmells
8 To further discuss the involvement of Council members in receiving training to support the Public Space Protection order on behalf of Ingoldmells Parish Council.
9 To confirm if the Annual Meeting of the Parish should take place this year.
10 To receive feedback from Councillors who serve upon outside bodies.
11 To receive notification of any planning permissions, refusals, amendments
12 To consider any new planning applications
13 To discuss community matters which need referring to the District/County Council Representative for a response
14 To receive any reports from the Chairperson and Clerk
15 To transact any other business
16 To dispose of any correspondence received
