MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY 19th OCTOBER 2021 at 7.15 pm at St Peter and St Paul Church Hall, High Street, Ingoldmells
AGENDA
At the discretion of the Chairman, those members of the public, residing or working within the Council’s boundary, will be invited to make representations or ask questions in respect of the business on the agenda, or other matters not on the agenda, for a maximum of 3 minutes per person or 15 minutes overall. If time allocated is not required the Council will go into formal session.

3 To confirm the minutes of the Council meeting held on 6th September 2021
4 To approve a list of September accounts submitted for consideration
5 To consider any health & safety matters
6 To consider quotations received to install a new window in the Council Offices
7 To further consider recommendations as to how the Welcome Back funding will be utilised for the village
8 To consider quotations to complete maintenance and re line the Council car park
9 To receive notification of any planning permissions, refusals, amendments
10 To consider any new planning applications
11 To receive feedback from Councillors who serve upon outside bodies
12 To receive verbal reports from the Chairman and Clerk
13 To discuss community matters which need referring to the District/County Council Representative for a response
14 To transact any other business
15 To dispose of any correspondence received
