MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON MONDAY 17th MAY 2021 at 7.15 pm at Vincent’s Restaurant, Skegness Road, Ingoldmells
AGENDA
At the discretion of the Chairman, those members of the public, residing or working within the Council’s boundary, will be invited to make representations or ask questions in respect of the business on the agenda, or other matters not on the agenda, for a maximum of 3 minutes per person or 15 minutes overall. If time allocated is not required the Council will go into formal session.

3 To elect a Chairperson of the Council
4 To receive the Chairperson’s declaration of acceptance of office
5 To elect a Vice Chairperson of the Council
6 To appoint Councillors to serve as representatives on the Ingoldmells and Addlethorpe Cemetery Joint Management Committee (3)
7 To confirm the minutes of the Council meeting held on 14 April 2021
8 To approve a list of accounts submitted for consideration
9 To approve the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on 21 April 2021
10 To approve the minutes of the General Purposes Committee meeting held on the 21 April 2021
11 To consider the estimates received to purchase a new boiler for the Parish Council offices.
12 To further discuss the involvement of Council members in receiving training to enforce the Public Space Protection order on behalf of Ingoldmells Parish Council.
13 To receive feedback from Councillors who serve upon outside bodies.
14 To receive notification of any planning permissions, refusals, amendments
15 To consider any new planning applications
16 To discuss community matters which need referring to the District/County Council Representative for a response
17 To receive any reports from the Chairperson and Clerk
18 To transact any other business
19 To dispose of any correspondence received
