At the discretion of the Chairman, those members of the public, residing or working within the Council’s boundary, will be invited to make representations or ask questions in respect of the business on the agenda, or other matters not on the agenda, for a maximum of 3 minutes per person or 15 minutes overall. If time allocated is not required the Council will go into formal session.

5 To consider the proposal from UKPC regarding a warden controlled managed car park service
6 To consider the requirements of a replacement car park machine

8 To consider a request from Mr G P West to lease the council yard
9 To receive notification of any planning permissions, refusals or amendments
10 To consider any new planning applications
11 To receive verbal reports from the Chairman and Clerk
12 To discuss community matters which need referring to the District/County Council Representative for a response
13 To transact any other business
14 To dispose of any correspondence received
