MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON MONDAY 14th FEBRUARY 2022 at 7.15 pm at the ROYAL ARTHUR COMMUNITY HALL, INGOLDMELLS
AGENDA
At the discretion of the Chairman, those members of the public, residing or working within the Council’s boundary, will be invited to make representations or ask questions in respect of the business on the agenda, or other matters not on the agenda, for a maximum of 3 minutes per person or 15 minutes overall. If time allocated is not required the Council will go into formal session.

3 To confirm the minutes of the Council meeting held on the 15th December 2021
4 To confirm the minutes of the Finance Committee Meeting held on the 19th January 2022
5 To confirm the minutes of the General Purposes Committee Meeting held on the 19th January 2022
6 To approve a list of December accounts submitted for consideration
7 To approve a list of January accounts submitted for consideration
8 To approve the 2022-2023 Council budget
9 To consider any health & safety matters
10 To appoint a new member to the Cemetery committee
11 To reconsider a previous resolution to install a new window in the Council building: (Cllrs S Chamberlain & M Holyer)
12 To consider accepting solicitor charges in respect of the Swifts Junior Football club lease
13 To discuss a proposal from Cllr’s Walmsley, Stubbins and Mrs Ellis to consider the purchase of Ingoldmells beach.
14 To receive notification of any planning permissions, refusals, amendments
15 To consider any new planning applications
16 To receive feedback from Councillors who serve upon outside bodies
17 To receive verbal reports from the Chairman and Clerk
18 To discuss community matters which need referring to the District/County Council Representative for a response
19 To transact any other business
20 To dispose of any correspondence received
