Meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 13th June 2022 at 7.15pm at the Royal Arthur Community Centre, Ingoldmells.
Agenda
At the discretion of the Chairman, those members of the public, residing or working within the Council’s boundary, will be invited to make representations or ask questions in respect of the business on the agenda, or other matters not on the agenda, for a maximum of 3 minutes per person or 15 minutes overall. If time allocated is not required the Council will go into formal session.

3 To confirm the minutes of the Investment Money Minders meeting held on the 12th April 2022
4 To confirm the minutes of the Finance meeting held on the 25th April 2022
5 To confirm the minutes of the General Purpose Committee meeting held on the 25th April 2022
6 To confirm the minutes of the Annual Council meeting held on the 9th May 2022
7 To approve a list of May accounts submitted for consideration
8 To consider a ‘Hearing Loop’ for both the Royal Arthur Centre and Council Chambers in the office building.
9 To consider and approve additions to the standing orders of the constitution (information in pack)
10 To confirm approval of the annual audit and AGAR report
11 To agree car parking charges to users of Royal Arthur Centre
12 To consider the spending of any funds left from the Jubilee Party
13 To consider any new planning applications
14 To discuss community matters which need referring to District/County Council Representative for a response
15 To dispose of any correspondence received
16 To transact any urgent business
