There will be a 15-minute public forum between 7.15 and 7.30pm, when members of the public
may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also requested
during this period

4 To confirm the minutes of the Council meeting held on 26th September 2022
5 To approve a list of September accounts submitted for consideration
6 To consider a resolution to sign up to the Civility and Respect Pledge
7 To consider planting a tree in memory of the late Queen Elizabeth by the Council
8 To consider second quotation for hearing loop.
9 To discuss several complaints regarding litter on the beach.
10 To discuss working group, a) agree terms of reference for working group and b) appoint members to working group. To receive report from ‘Working group’ regarding ‘wrap up Ingoldmells’ and approve any assistance required from the Council
11 To discuss community matters which need referring to District/County Council
