MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON MONDAY 11th APRIL 2022 at 7.15 pm at the ROYAL ARTHUR COMMUNITY CENTRE, INGOLDMELLS
AGENDA
At the discretion of the Chairman, those members of the public, residing or working within the Council’s boundary, will be invited to make representations or ask questions in respect of the business on the agenda, or other matters not on the agenda, for a maximum of 3 minutes per person or 15 minutes overall. If time allocated is not required the Council will go into formal session.

3 To confirm the minutes of the Council meeting held on the 14th March 2022
4 To approve a list of March accounts submitted for consideration
5 To consider bequeathing a month of free rental to the groups who frequent the Royal Arthur Community centre
6 To receive a further update from Cllr Stubbins on his idea to place a Covid 19 notification plaque in the Royal Arthur Centre.
7 To further discuss where to install the 1953 Flood information board.
8 To receive notification of any planning permissions, refusals, amendments
9 To consider any new planning applications
10 To receive feedback from Councillors who serve upon outside bodies
11 To receive verbal reports from the Chairman and Clerk
12 To discuss community matters which need referring to the District/County Council Representative for a response
13 To transact any other business
14 To dispose of any correspondence received
