may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also requested

9 To consider a resolution to sign up to the Civility and Respect Pledge
10 To consider a request from L Proud regarding drama group discount on hire of centre
11 To discuss position of bench and other action to deter drug users and dog walkers
causing distress to resident nearby, and locking gates of Glebe Park
12 To consider using the Royal Arthur Centre to support the community during the
financial crisis, set up a working party
13 To consider the use of trust fund for cleaning of Miss Merrill’s gravestone as per quotation

24 To consider the events of 11th June 2022 regarding a hiring of the Royal Arthur Cente and refund
25 To approve a retrospective resolution for the fencing in the front of the car park
26 To consider progression regarding staffing matters
