MEETING OF THE ANNUAL COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON MONDAY 9th MAY 2022 at 7.15 pm at ROYAL ARTHUR COMMUNITY CENTRE, INGOLDMELLS
AGENDA
At the discretion of the Chairman, those members of the public, residing or working within the Council’s boundary, will be invited to make representations or ask questions in respect of the business on the agenda, or other matters not on the agenda, for a maximum of 3 minutes per person or 15 minutes overall. If time allocated is not required the Council will go into formal session.

3 To elect a Chairperson of the Council
4 To receive the Chairperson’s declaration of acceptance of office
5 To elect a Vice Chairperson of the Council
6 To appoint Councillors to serve as representatives on the Ingoldmells and Addlethorpe Cemetery Joint Management Committee (3)
7 To appoint members to a HR and Employment Committee
8 To confirm the minutes of the Council meeting held on 11th April 2022
9 To approve a list of accounts submitted for consideration
10 To discuss wooden fence outside of Parish Office building
11 To consider and approve adding to the Standing Orders of the Constitution
12 To consider buying a .gov.uk domain for email address.
13 To consider new computer and seek help from an IT specialist to improve the performance of the technology we have at the Clerk's disposal to help with her work load.
14 To receive feedback from Councillors who serve upon outside bodies.
15 To discuss points in letter received from Cllr Stevens dated 27.04.22
15 To discuss community matters which need referring to the District/County Council Representative for a response
16 To receive any reports from the Chairperson and Clerk
17 To transact any other business
19 To dispose of any correspondence received
