MINUTES OF THE INGOLDMELLS PARISH COUNCIL EXTRAORDINARY MEETING HELD ON MONDAY 31ST JULY 2023, 7.00PM, AT THE COUNCIL OFFICES, SKEGNESS ROAD, INGOLDMELLS, LINCS, PE25 1NL
PRESENT: Cllrs, Bill Vincent (Chair), Kevin Brinkley, Rob Stevens, Jason Boswell, Stuart Chambers, Tony Stubbins, Bev Oldbury, Paul Sutton

149/23 CHAIRMAN’S WELCOME
The Chairman, Cllr Vincent welcomed everyone to the meeting and members introduced themselves

Unanimously resolved to appoint the Clerk

None received
152/23 DECLARATION OF MEMBERS’ INTERESTS AND APPLICATIONS FOR DISPENSATION
None declared
153/23 TO CONSIDER ONECOM PAYMENT
After much discussion, it was proposed by Cllr Stevens, seconded by Cllr Sutton, and unanimously resolved that Council wishes to defend the claim by Onecom, with reasons given and duly authorises the Clerk to respond on its behalf

The Chairman thanked everyone for their contributions and there being no further business, he closed the meeting at 7.12pm
