MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY 10th NOVEMBER 2021 at 7.15 pm at St Peter’s Hall, Ingoldmells

At the discretion of the Chairman, those members of the public, residing or working within the Council’s boundary, will be invited to make representations or ask questions in respect of the business on the agenda, or other matters not on the agenda, for a maximum of 3 minutes per person or 15 minutes overall. If time allocated is not required the Council will go into formal session.

5 To confirm the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on the 18th October 2021
6 To confirm the minutes of the General Purposes Committee meeting held on the 18th October 2021
7 To approve a list of October accounts submitted for consideration
8 To consider any health & safety matters
9 To receive an update from the Manager of Lincolnshire Coastal Destination BID
10 To decide upon how the Welcome Back to the High Street funding shall be spent
11 To receive notification of any planning permissions, refusals, amendments
12 To consider any new planning applications
13 To receive feedback from Councillors who serve upon outside bodies
14 To receive verbal reports from the Chairman and Clerk
15 To discuss community matters which need referring to the District/County Council Representative for a response
16 To transact any other business
17 To dispose of any correspondence received
