MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY 15th DECEMBER 2021 at 7.15 pm at St Peter’s Hall, Ingoldmells
AGENDA
At the discretion of the Chairman, those members of the public, residing or working within the Council’s boundary, will be invited to make representations or ask questions in respect of the business on the agenda, or other matters not on the agenda, for a maximum of 3 minutes per person or 15 minutes overall. If time allocated is not required the Council will go into formal session.

2 Conflicts of interest
3 To confirm the minutes of the Council meeting held on 10th November 2021
4 To approve a list of November accounts submitted for consideration
5 To consider any health & safety matters
6 To discuss if the Council would like to purchase a gas lit Beacon as part of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations
7 To further decide upon how the Welcome Back to the High Street funding shall be spent
8 To discuss projects for 2022/23 which require financial provision for inclusion in next year’s Council budgets which are to be debated at the January 2022 Council meeting
9 To discuss and agree where future Council meetings are held
10 To receive a quotation from J C Fencing to complete the fence at the front of Glebe Park using section 106 agreement funding
11 To receive notification of any planning permissions, refusals, amendments
12 To consider any new planning applications
13 To receive feedback from Councillors who serve upon outside bodies
14 To receive verbal reports from the Chairman and Clerk
15 To discuss community matters which need referring to the District/County Council Representative for a response
16 To transact any other business
17 To dispose of any correspondence received
