INGOLDMELLS PARISH COUNCIL
MINUTES OF THE EXTRAORDINARY PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD AT VINCENTS RESTAURANT, SKEGNESS ROAD, ON MONDAY 28th JUNE 2021
The Chairman welcomed all present and informed them that the meeting would be recorded and would include the public session.
He also reminded the public that they were not permitted to voice a view or speak when Council went into session and that the standards of the Council Constitution would be followed.

Present: Cllr’s B Vincent (Chairman), M Holyer, L Hemingway, A Stubbins, S Chambers, Cllr Mrs A Wormald
1. APOLOGIES
Cllr’s S Walmsley and Mrs J Ellis. No apologies were received from Cllr’s J Sargent, G Clements, S Chamberlain
2. CONFLICTS OF INTERESTS
None received
3. TO APPROVE THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL GOVERNANCE STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDING 2020/2021
Cllr Chambers proposed that the Annual Financial Governance Statement for the year ending 2020/2021 be approved. This was seconded by Cllr Hemingway.– RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
4. TO APPROVE THE AUDITED ACCOUNTS FOR YEAR ENDING 2020/2021
Cllr Mrs A Wormald proposed that the audited accounts be approved. Seconded by Cllr L Hemingway – RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
5. TO DISPOSE OF ANY CORRESPONDENCE RECEIVED
Duncan & Toplis Supporting Schedule for the Year Ended 31 March 2021
6. TO TRANSACT ANY OTHER BUSINESS
A vote was taken by all present to consider the urgent request by Warwick Health Care to extend the current agreement to continue to offer the Covid Vaccination program. The proposed extension is for 12 weeks commencing the 1st August 2021. All present showed their hands in favour. The decision shall be ratified at the full Council meeting of the 5th July 2021.
The meeting of the Council closed at 7.45pm
